The men’s path
Get the body sorted. The rest follows from there.
Most men trying to fix their dating life are trying to fix it at the wrong end. Start with the part you fully control — training, sleep, the promises you keep to yourself — and confidence stops being something you have to fake.
Work through these in order
Each one assumes you’ve read the one before it. You can jump around, but the sequence is deliberate.

Four things that are true, and that we’d want to know ourselves before putting a card into a sales page written by someone we’d never met.
- 1 You have 60 days The products recommended here are sold through ClickBank, which allows returns within 60 days of purchase at its discretion. You request that from ClickBank directly using the reference on your receipt — not from us, and not from the seller.
- 2 We are not the seller We don’t take your payment, we never see your card details, and we can’t access your order. We earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. Billing and support are handled entirely by ClickBank.
- 3 Nothing here asks for your email No sign-up wall, no popup, no “free guide” in exchange for your address. You can read every word on this site without giving us anything.
- 4 No pressure tactics No countdown timers, no invented scarcity, no “only 3 spots left”. If a sales page you land on uses those, treat it as information about the seller and take your time anyway.
Before you buy anything
The men’s self-improvement market sells urgency. Every sales page tells you there is a technique you’re missing and that you’re one purchase away from a different life. There usually isn’t, and you usually aren’t.
A course is worth money when you already know what you should be doing and need structure and accountability to do it. A course is worth nothing when you’re buying it instead of starting. Be honest with yourself about which one you’re doing before you put a card in.
