The women’s path
Build the routine that holds when the motivation goes.
Consistency gets sold to women as a mindset problem, which is why so much of the advice is useless. It’s a design problem. Change the design and the discipline stops feeling like a fight with yourself.
Work through these in order
Start with the routine pieces. The relationship articles assume you’ve got some of your own ground back first — that ordering isn’t an accident.

Plainly, what this site does and doesn’t do with you on it.
- 1 No email, no account, no sign-up There is nothing to join here. No popup will ask for your address, and there is no list to end up on. Read everything and leave without a trace of who you were.
- 2 We can’t see you We see aggregate numbers — how many people read a page, roughly which country. We cannot see who you are, what else you read, or that you were here at all.
- 3 What we won’t teach No scripts to make someone obsessed, no manufactured jealousy, no advice built on managing another person’s feelings. Those techniques mostly don’t work, and the version of a relationship they produce isn’t one worth having.
- 4 You have 60 days on anything you buy Products linked here are sold through ClickBank, which allows returns within 60 days at its discretion. We earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you, and we say so on every recommendation.
If it’s more serious than a difficult relationship
This site is about ordinary relationship difficulty — someone going quiet, something ending, working out whether to stay. It is not written for a situation where you feel controlled, frightened, or unsafe, and no article can assess that from here.
If any of that is familiar, a domestic and family violence service in your country can help, confidentially and without you having to decide anything first. In Australia that is 1800RESPECT, on 1800 737 732, available 24 hours. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.
Before you buy anything
The relationship advice market aimed at women leans hard on a particular promise: that there is a phrase, a text, a psychological trigger that makes a man commit. Some of these courses contain genuinely useful material on communication. Most of them oversell what a script can do.
Our position is simple. A course can teach you to communicate more clearly and read a situation more accurately. It cannot make someone want a relationship they don’t want. Any product promising the second thing is selling you the first thing with a worse marketing page.
